Veterans Inc., the largest provider of services to veterans and their families throughout New England, is looking for a professional, highly motivated, goal oriented, skilled, and hardworking individual to fill the Case Manager position and become a valued member of Veterans Inc. team!

 

This position would be responsible for, but not limited to, fulfilling the mission of Veterans Inc. by offering care and rehabilitation to veterans and their families in-need. This assistance would be provided through intervention, emergency shelter, housing, employment & training, and supportive services. Must be self-motivated but also able to work within a team and easily take direction. In addition to being a member of the Case Management team, this individual would work with other departments within Veterans Inc. (Employment & Training, Supportive Services, and Outreach) and outside of Veterans Inc. (Department of Veterans' Services (DVS), Department of Labor (DOL) and Veterans Administration (VA)) to better the lives of the veteran and their families within our agency guidelines.

 

This individual would be based out of 69 Grove Street, Worcester, MA 01605.  All duties would be performed throughout the designated territory's surrounding cities and towns within the state (Central MA/Worcester, MA area.)

 

This is a full-time position with full benefits (health, dental, vision, 403B, paid time off, short/long term disability and life insurance, etc.)  The annual pay is $40,000 and is non-negotiable.  This positions schedule includes one to two Saturdays per month.

 

 Education and Experience Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work or other related field required.
  2. Minimum of four years' experience in case management, outreach, and/or services to the homeless, or related field.
  3. Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

 

Must be able to pass a CORI and background investigation.  Must be able to start within two weeks of receiving a job offer. Veterans and military service members are highly encouraged to apply!
